At Elevate Business Solutions, our journey began with a passion for numbers and a desire to make a difference. From a young age, I have always been a numbers girl, excelling in accounting throughout high school. This passion led me to my first job at a chartered firm, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience. Over the years, I broadened my expertise by working in various industries, including mining and hospitality, before taking on the role of a GST Auditor with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

As an auditor, I had the challenging task of conducting audits on small businesses, often imposing fines and penalties for any errors and omissions. During this time, I realised that most small business owners were doing their best but struggled to navigate the complex reporting requirements. It felt deeply unfair to penalise hardworking individuals who simply lacked the resources and knowledge to comply with every regulation.

Driven by a desire to support rather than penalise, I made the pivotal decision to switch sides. I wanted to help small business owners understand their financial obligations and thrive, rather than be weighed down by them. This vision led to the birth of Total Accounts.

Over the past decade, Total Accounts has grown and evolved, transforming into what is now Elevate Business Solutions. With a dedicated team of 15 professionals and over 150 satisfied clients, we have found our true purpose: helping small businesses thrive. Our commitment to providing comprehensive, client-focused financial services stems from a deep understanding of the challenges small business owners face. We believe in empowering our clients with the knowledge and support they need to succeed, turning financial management from a source of stress into a foundation for growth.
